Paul has enjoyed a successful career in various stages of hospitatlity including multiple fast-moving bartender positions, and most recently as Golf Pro at Skokie Country Club in Glencoe. A resident of Highland Park, Paul is an active member of the community, and is thrilled to be taking on the role of leading the first Ravinia Brewing Company home in Ravinia! Come visit Paul and team to enjoy a beer and some fresh tacos from Ravinia Brewing Company, and chat him up about his own brewing adventures!

Director of Operations
Catherine has lived in Chicago for the past 10 years, and comes to us as a true beer wizard! Taking on the role of Director of Operations, Catherine's previous experience includes time with Kaiser Tiger and Rocks Bar Group, among other fine establishments. Catherine enjoys her beer.
